Jill DeArmon, (Director, Teacher, Choreographer) was Artistic Director of Center Stage, NY for 16 years, where she directed, produced & choreographed over 75 shows. Most recently she directed Loveness by muMs (Players Theater, FringeNYC) Some favorite directing credits include: The Fairytale Project (The Public Theater, Produced by LAByrinth Theater Company & George C. Anthony Roman, Produced by Jennifer Darling), RUNAWAYS (in collaboration with playwright Liz Swados), These Days (by Megan Mostyn Brown), Cynthia and the Dreadful Kite (Vampire Cowboys, by Webb Wilcoxen), Loveness (LAByrinth Theater Company, by muMs) Cockamamie Soup (written & performed by David Deblinger), Locombia (by J. Anthony Roman), Perv (Neuyorican, by J. Anthony Roman). Developed new works by writers: muMs, Ben Snyder, Michael Puzzo, Dominique Morisseau, Adam Gwon, Dominic Colon, Nic Grelli, Florencia Lozano, Maggie Bofill, Max Williams, Melissa Ross & many more. Some choreographer credits include: A Winter's Party (Original Musical by John Patrick Shanley), STOPLESS (LAByrinth Theater Company, dr: John Gould Rubin) The Hebrew Mamita (written & performed by Vanessa Hidary).
